I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I received my law degree from Saint Louis University in 1999. I was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois that same year.
I began my legal career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. During my time as a prosecutor, I dealt with all misdemeanor and felony crimes, including appeals and DUI. As a lawyer with the State's Attorney's Office, I litigated hundreds of trials and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court.
In 2003, I started my own practice with emphasis on criminal defense
, DUI, and traffic matters. As a defense lawyer, I have handled everything from basic traffic cases to complex murder cases. I also litigate personal injury claims.
